High Quality House Washing in Abilene, Texas

On this project just outside of Abilene Texas, we were able to transform this home by removing organic growth and red dirt from the base of their home with our softwash technique. There were lots of little corners where water had run down the base of this home creating algae and organic growth. On this project, there was a lot of stone around the base of the home which means it can be very flaky when pressure is applied. Just high pressure would damage this stone causing big pieces to flake off. We were able to pretreat all the algae growth with our softwash system which allows us to kill all the organic growth which leads to faster cleaning and a brighter end result. Softwashing allows us to clean and get into all the cracks and crevices, then we go back and rinse off the home in a safe manner.

This project as you can see also had some red dirt on the stone ledge all the way around the home. When it comes to red dirt and stone in Abilene, they do not mix. The red clay we have tends to soak into stone causing the stone to eventually have a red hue. This happens because stone is more porous, meaning it has more room in which the red dirt can really get into grooves and cracks causing the stone to have a red hue.
