Commercial Building Wash in Abilene, Texas
I have driven past this particular storage unit many times. Upon a closer look I realized there were numerous spots all along the siding that had mold growing due to water running down the side of the building when it rained. I spoke to the owner and pointed out that the darker spots were mold and could deteriorate the siding over time if left unattended. After speaking with him, he told me he has noticed those spots for years and wanted them gone. I began pretreating the the spots and then treating them once more to restore the building to its original state using our soft wash technique. We were able to brighten up the concrete all around the building as well. In the end, you couldn't tell there had been mold on the building or concrete. A beautiful transformation to say the least.
