Commercial Building Soft Washing in Abilene, TX

The Abilene Post Office in downtown Abilene, Tx had not been pressure washed or softwashed in a very long time. This Abilene building is very old being built in 1935. With that being said, we had to be very careful when washing the exterior of the building. There was a lot of mold and red dirt that had accumulated on the building. Our first step in washing this building was to inspect the building and make sure there were not any areas that were damaged already, or spots on the building that were not in good condition because of how old the building was. After inspection, we did not see any areas that would hinder us from softwashing the building. There were not any areas that we could not softwash on the exterior of the building, which was good for us because we wanted to stay away from high pressured water on this older building.

We began treating all areas of the building with our softwash system. From the font of the building, then left side and right side of the building. After two treatments, the mold and red dirt began to brighten up and we could start to see the concrete lighten up and be restored back to its original state. After we removed all the mold on the building, we began to rinse all sides of the building as well as all windows. When we rinsed the Abilene post office, we were able to clean all windows in the process with our softwash system.
